Our Focus

With fully intergrated management and boots on the ground in both markets, we are constantly working to help provide these living opportunities where they add value to not just the families living there, but to the neighborhoods where they are as well.

Our focus is on single family residences and multifamily units throughout metro Atlanta. Currently holding in Douglasville, Cobb, Fulton and Dekalb Counties, we plan to remain active in acquiring assets within these areas with plans to extend further South.
chicago
Our focus is on single family residences, multifamily units and other potential development/redevlopment opportunities within the City of Chicago and the North and South suburbs. Currently holding in Cook County.
2020 and BEYOND
As we grow and move into the future, we're pursuing new opportunities in the hospitality industry both in domestic and international markets such as Jamaica, W.I.
